Project Submission

1. Please submit the zip file of your root folder for the P1C project on Blackboard on Dec. 6 which contains:
• 5-6 html files
• CSS file(s)
• Optional Javascript file(s)
• Media file(s)
2. Please submit the zip file of your app project folder on Blackboard on Dec. 6 which contains:
• 100-word abstract (Word file)
• XD file
• artboard folder (contains all exported artboards in the jpg format)
• artboard pdf (a multi-page pdf file contains all artboards)
• a 3-minute screen record video of your presentation
• a 24″X40″ hardcopy layout of your UI kit (must be printed and submitted on Dec. 9).

  • If your work was selected by faculty as a UTRGV sponsored entry, you may submit your work by your own and choose the payment method as “Pay by Check”, then email me the pdf file of your entry form after you complete your submission.
  • If your work was selected by faculty as a UTRGV sponsored entry, but you ask your professor to submit your work on behalf of you, please provide the information below.

    When I submit your work, I will use your UTRGV email as the username and use your SID as the password. You may change the password after the deadline.
  • If your works are suggested by faculty for ADDY Award submissions, please email me the pdf file of all of your entries before Dec. 10 if you want to add extra credit points to your project grades and please check the payment method as “Pay by Credit Card”. A single entry’s entry fee is $27 USD no matter it is a single piece work or a campaign and no matter it is a single project or a group project.
