1. Cmd N to create a new file (11X5, Resolution: 300, BG: White)
2. Type OHIO by using Type Tool, (Window > Character: Arial 200 pt, yellow)
3. Choose Shape Tool (with Custom Shape Tool)
4. With selecting the custom shape tool, find a shape, drag the new shape above letter O
5. Cmd J to duplicate the type layer, then hide the new shape layer,
6. Control click the duplicated layer to convert to shape
7. Choose Direct Selection tool (A) to select the letter O, then delete the interior shape
8. Turn on the leaf shape layer, select the path of leaf shape, then Cmd X to cut
(now the top shape layer has gone)
9. Paste the leaf shape into the OHIO copy layer to combine the leaf shape and letter O
10. By selecting the Direct Selection Tool, select both leaf and letter O, then click
Path Operations icon to choose Exclude Overlapping Shapes on control panel
11. Double click the OHIO copy layer to choose Gradient Overlay: Violet, Orange
12. Drop a shadow to the type
