Hello everyone,
I conducted a final gallery inspection this morning. All students have completed their two required deliverables, and all exhibition labels, designer statements, and logos are installed.
However, a few items still need attention:
- Incomplete Pedestal Display: One pedestal display is still incomplete.
- Missing Portfolio Folders: Two portfolio folders are still missing.
- Portfolio Display Adjustment: One portfolio pedestal appears overcrowded with 14 portfolios. I recommend moving one portfolio to the pedestal that currently has available space to create a more balanced presentation.
- Exhibition Label Quality: Two exhibition labels have noticeable issues with trimming and overall craftsmanship. Their current presentation quality does not meet the professional standards expected of a Senior Capstone Exhibition. Please reprint and properly mount these labels.
- Blue Painter’s Tape: Blue painter’s tape remains visible at several exhibition spaces. Please remove all remaining tape to ensure a clean and professional presentation.
Please address these remaining items as soon as possible before Monday’s opening reception. Every detail matters in presenting your work at a professional exhibition standard.
