Project Description
Option-A: Design a user interface and create a comprehensive website that acts as a travel guide to holiday destinations worldwide.
Option-B: Design a user interface and create a comprehensive business site that acts as a brand’s sales promotion to current and potential consumers.
– if you choose the second option, you need to establish a concept for the website, to define the target audience, and to develop a UI design accordingly.
Target Audience:
The website is targeted at a broad audience with an age range from 25 to 55; what unites this group is an enthusiasm for traveling and discovering different destinations, and the desire to research and plan a trip before departure.
Project Concept
The concept of seven day vacation website should combine a sense of adventure with the sophistication of a cultural experience. The layout of each page should tell the potential target audience that a vacation in these locations / destinations would be worthwhile. The site teases out places and events to familiarize tourists with the real country rather than giving a usual tourists’ view.
Project Requirement
- The site must include a home page (but it doesn’t mean to name it as “home.html”), a navigation system, and sufficient linked web pages to demonstrate how the website appears and its functions. Design should include reasonable elements of detail the audience will need to establish realistic and beneficial interaction. The website layouts should be responsive, and all pages must have linear connections.
- Each site page must use HTML5 code, and exclude obsolete HTML tags and attributes.
- The site must be controlled by one or more external css file(s), and one or more external javascript file(s).
- The website must use css3 features.
