Hello all,

Regarding the extra pedestal for displaying the additional ten portfolio folders, the gallery has one more long book display pedestal available. The portfolios may need to be placed slightly closer together to accommodate all students’ work. In addition to this long pedestal, the gallery also has several smaller white and black pedestals that can each hold one portfolio book. The gallery director will arrange for a student assistant to move the additional long pedestal into the gallery tomorrow morning around 9:00 a.m.

Please ensure that any visible pencil markings around your posters are erased to maintain a clean and professional presentation.

I will be in the gallery at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow.
