Hello everyone,

I would like to organize the work order for our exhibition and arrange the displayed pieces with a smooth, transitional flow section by section beginning with Advertising Design. Please check your email, and once you receive it, upload your poster (with trim marks) to the Flickr group as soon as possible. After you add your piece to the pool, I will invite the next students to upload their work one by one. I decided not to separate works by themes.

Installation will begin Monday, October 20, and should be completed by Thursday, October 23. This timeline will allow the gallery staff to adjust the lighting according to the final layout on Friday, October 24. Students on the measurement committee, please report to the gallery at 9:00 AM on October 20. I will meet you there together with the gallery director. Students who plan to use a pedestal should also come that morning to select one.

The entire class, including all installation teams, will begin installing at 4:45 PM on Monday. Please refer to the installation order in the image below. Bring blue tape and command strips for mounting your work. We will use Monday evening as well as all of Tuesday and Wednesday to complete the full installation. I have spoken with Professor Choi and Professor Corinne, and they have agreed to excuse your absence during this period for the installation.

To install the show, a table with tools will be available for use. Please make sure all tools are returned to their designated spots when not in use and after installation. I’ve attached an image for your reference.

Pencils will be provided on the table. However, please do not use pencil markings on the walls that’s what the blue tape is for. If you must mark, make only small dots (no long lines).

Opening Reception: Monday, October 27, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
