Dear Students and ADDY Award Winners,

Please check the message from our AAF-RGV club’s president Dr. Kimberly Selber about the Student ADDYs.

1. If you won a Gold award, the AAF-RGV local club will advance your entry to the Distract 10 regional competition and you don’t need to do anything further.
2. If you won a Silver award, and would like to forward your work at the regional level to compete students from 37 universities and colleges across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas, you don’t need to resubmit your work, but you need to pay $27 entry fee for each entry by your own, then the local club will forward your entry to the district competition. You will be noticed by the AAF-RGV club for paying your entry fee for each entry which you would like to be forwarded before the payment deadline on March 1. The regional competition judging starts on March 2^nd and the winners will be notified and announced in the first week of April.
3. If you are one of the winners, please let me know by email as I need to count how many winners from my classes for the sponsored tickets. School of Art & Design will pay your $25 for the gala event and dinner if you win awards. By the time we meet at the ballroom on April 6th, you will find out the winners of the local level and regional level competitions.
