The following policies are in place in order to provide the best environment possible for students using the Mac lab.
- All employees treat clients and fellow employees in a professional manner
- All employees should respect your signed-up working shifts, and come to the lab on time
- If the employee can’t take the initially signed-up working shifts, he/she is expected to coordinate with previous worker or next worker prior to one week, and update me as well. The final solution should be endorsed by me
- All employees’ contact numbers are posted here. Please contact your next working shift taker if he or she doesn’t show up on time
- If the employee is late more than 15 minutes and without any notification in advance, a verbal warning will be given. Faculty supervisor has the right to layoff the employee who are cumulatively given three warnings
- Before leaving, every print monitor is expected to hand over client’s request to next working shifts taker
- The lab 1224 should always be attended, and secured at the end of their shift
