1. File > New (actionscript 2.0)
2. Stage size: 320 X 240
3. Type “Stroke” by choosing a bold font (70 pt)
4. Cmd B to break the text apart to letters
5. Press S key to select the Ink Bottle Tool
6. Click the letter edges to add a stoke (set up a stroke color first)
7. Cmd A to select text, and edit the stroke value to “2” or “3”
