I was told that your visa will be arrived on Monday but I am not sure if you can get your passport at the same day. Anyway, Lizette will inform you to pick up your passport on Monday or Tuesday.
Finally, please post your flight info into the WeChat trip group at your earliest convenience. To avoid missing flight situation, please show up at the AA check in counter of the airport at 6:15 AM on May 22 if you take AA-2861 from McAllen to Dallas at 7:59 AM, or let’s meet at Dallas airport if you connect the AA-263 from another flight. If you booked your flights with a different airlines with different flights, please let me know the details of your flight asap, and let’s meet at Beijing Capital Int’l Airport in the afternoon of May 23.
When you pack your stuff, please do not forget your Study Abroad T-shirt as we need to wear the T-shirt for having group pictures.
