On Feb. 3, students who have won a 2019 ADDY Award were notified individually by email.
It was an impressive body of work and we should all be very proud of the work our students are doing.

You are an ADDY WINNER in the 2019 American Advertising Awards Rio Grande Valley Competition.
There was an impressive body of work submitted this year from all over the Rio Grande Valley – from Laredo to Brownsville and many stops in between. Your winning work was judged to be exceptional from a record-high number of submissions. GOLD, SILVER, BEST OF, and SPECIAL JUDGES Awards will be presented at the ADDY Gala on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at The Grand Banquet and Conference Center in McAllen.
GOLD and SILVER awards are eligible to move on to the District 10 competition which includes winners from across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. GOLD and SILVER winners from the District 10 competition are eligible to be judged at the national level.
The ADDY Gala festivities include the awards presentation, cocktails, dinner, and a few added “Pop Art” surprises. Attire is Pop Art Inspired or Black Tie Optional. Individual tickets and sponsored tables are on sale now at www.aafrgv.org.
