Make sure to prepare your printing files with PDF format as color printing to the Large Format Inkjet Printers is only done with PDF documents. If printing to sheet-fed printers, make sure the paper turned in to the Print Monitor matches the size of page set up in the PDF document.

Check-list to students and print monitors before printing:
1. Save your printing file as a PDF format, and drag the file to the Print Drop Box
2. Sign-up on the print chart outside OP1222
3. Turn in the Work Order of large format inkjet printing to the Print Monitor
4. Submit your material cards (with enough money to cover the printing cost)
5. Bring a sheet of paper if printing to a sheet-fed printer
– Submit only the paper sizes listed on the work order
– only EPSON Inkjet papers are printed on the 4880 large-format printer
– the HP130 printer is used for printing plain (non-EPSON) stock
