Canna-carmelized bananas

Ingredients
2 tablespoons canna-coconut oil2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Directions
- 1. In a medium skillet heat the canna-coconut oil. Stir in the brown sugar and allow to dissolve. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- 2. Add the banana slices and stir constantly, for about a minute. Too long and they will get mushy.
- 3. Place the bananas and sauce in two serving dishes.
- 4. Sprinkle with coconut.
Kitchen Kush: Granola

Ingredients
2 ½ cups quick oats½ cup slivered almonds
4 tablespoons canna-coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
8 tablespoons canna-coconut oil
1 cup coconut flakes
⅔ cup chopped dates
⅔ cup yellow raisins
⅓ cup chopped dried apricots
¼ cup brown sugar
2-4 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2. Combine the oats, almonds, canna-oil, and cinnamon. Mix well and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until light golden brown.
- 3. In a large skillet, melt the canna-coconut oil. Add the coconut, dates, raisins, and apricots, then sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add the brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- 4. Toss the sautéed fruit with the oatmeal and return to the baking sheet. Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, stirring a couple of times. Allow to cool and serve.
Mile-High Blondies

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flourIf the flour blend does not contain these, add:
½ teaspoon xantham gum
½ teaspoon baking soda
⅛ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup melted cannabutter
¾ cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
Optional:
⅓ cup chocolate chips
⅓ cup walnuts
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2. Mix all dry ingredients, including walnuts, if using.
- 3. Mix beaten egg, vanilla, and sugar. Add flour mix to this and combine. Add chocolate chips if desired.
- 4. Pour into mini muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees. Tops should be a nice golden color.
