AAF Member
    Individual Entry – $90 per entry
    Campaign Entry – $115 per entry
    * Late Entry – add $20

PAYMENT 

If paying by check, make check payable to AAF-RGV and include with the manifest in a sealed envelope and attach to your physical entries or, if physical entry is not required *mail to:

If paying by credit card, please use the credit card option when you finalize your entries.

PHYSICAL ENTRY SUBMISSION NOTES 

Please do not use an envelope larger than 17 x 22 inches for physical entries that will not fit in the standard 9×12 inch envelope. Following are two oversized envelopes available from Amazon.com. You may be able to find them at another store.

Please make sure that each item of the physical entry has an entry label affixed to it to insure proper identification of the entry if it gets separated from the envelope.

Please affix one entry form to the front of the envelope and one entry label to the upper right hand corner of the back of the envelope. Another copy of the entry form must be inserted in the envelope with the entry.

DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL ENTRIES 
All physical entries, including complete manifest and payment (or receipt for online payment), must be delivered no later than 5 p.m.,Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Late entries must be delivered no later than 5 p.m., Tuesday, January 21, 2020.
