Shows

1.)Water Puppet Theatre
The puppets are made out of wood and then lacquered. The shows are performed in a waist-deep pool. A large rod supports the puppet under the water and is used by the puppeteers, who are normally hidden behind a screen, to control them. Thus the puppets appear to be moving over the water. When the rice fields would flood, the villagers would entertain each other using this form of puppet play.

2.)Opera House

The biggest theatre in Vietnam and speaks volumes as historical and cultural evidence of Vietnam under French rule. The interior is even more magnificent than the exterior with many arguing it is aesthetically even more appealing than the Paris Opera House. Visi tors today will be entertained at this architectural landmark which features a range of events including local Vietnamese opera, traditional folk music, ballets and many
international concerts.

3.)Vietnam National Tuong Theatre
Hat tuong is a uniquely Vietnamese variation of Chinese opera that enjoyed its greatest
popularity under the Nguyen dynasty in the 19th century. Until 2007, performances at this theatre were by invitation only. Now performances are open to locals and visitors, and a night watching hat tuong is an interesting traditional alternative to Hanoi’s wildly popular water puppets.

4.)Golden Bell Show
Being the only one of its kind, our show presents to you all the sights and sounds of Vietnam through 8 performances of various traditional folk styles – all in just an hour. A site to see that gives tourists a little taste of everything.
