Downtown Seattle has a very dynamic nightlife with hundreds of unique and bars and clubs to choose from. Depending on your area of interest, whether it be Capitol Hill, Downtown Seattle, the Industrial District, or Queen Anne, Seattle bars and clubs have many different vibes to offer. Starting with Downtown Seattle, most of your nightlife is going to exist between 4th ave and pike place market.

The area known as "Bell Town," is the central hub for all the trending Seattle bars and clubs. "Bell Town" runs along 1st ave adjacent to Pike Place Market, and has anywhere from 25-50 bars, lounges, pubs, and dance clubs all with their own unique feel and clientele. Amber Restaurant and Lounge is one of Bell Town's most trendy spots with a classy, upscale clientele and offers two floors of lounge style experience while listening to some of Seattle's best DJ's.

Just down the street in Pike Place Market, Kell's Irish Pub offers it's own experience. Two floors of pub style bar tops, beer, music, and dancing make Kell's arguably Seattle's best Irish pub. Kell's has more of a friendly college and young professional patronage and is a must see if you're planning on spending time going out in the area. Plan on going to Kell's Irish Pub Saturday night for live Irish Music and dancing before heading up the street to Bell Town's trendy club scene.
Capitol Hill, an extension of downtown Seattle that begins just after crossing to the other side of the I5 freeway, has a completely different feel than the trendy downtown area. The creative culture and "hipster" vibe of the residents of Capitol Hill give its bars and clubs their own style. Capitol Hill is where you're going to hear good local music, visit your uncharacteristic neighborhood club, or just find the bar that suits your particular lifestyle.
