2. Fill entire "img-bg.html" page with the background image
3. Use HTML and CSS to define the background

1. Page Size : Window size
2. Background: Fill entire page with the image, no white space
3. Contrast : A soft and subtle image for the background image
4. Proportion : Retain the image proportion, and do not distort it
5. Image Format: Raster based element (save for web: jpg)
6. Scroll: Does not cause scrollbars
7. Text Color : The text should be legible above the img-background
