2. Fill entire "img-bg.html" page with the background image
3. Use HTML and CSS to define the background

4. Proportion : Retain the image proportion, and do not distort it
5. Image Format: Raster based element (save for web: jpg)
6. Scroll: Does not cause scrollbars
7. Text Color : The text should be legible above the img-background
8. Text Content : Copy/paste the content here or paste your own image related content for this page
9. Site Root : Put the texture-bg file into the image folder,
   then edit your site.
