Dear monitors and students:

During the final weeks, there will be a lot of files loaded into the Print Drop Box. If you get your file ready to print, don’t save each single file into a folder and drop the folder into the Print Drop Box, but drop each single file into the print drop box directly. Otherwise, the print monitor cannot delete your file and folder from the Print Drop Box.

Every print monitor is responsible to delete students’ files from the Print Drop Box after the files are printed. In other words, NO file is allowed to be left in the Print Drop Box overnight.

Again, the lab will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 5.
