Attention: Clearance Request
For Your Scholarship Hours

Posted by: Ping

When I checked the timecards on the TruView, I found that some student names are no available on the list. It looks like you did not request clearance to do your scholarship hours in the lab.

If you applied for the lab monitor job for your scholarship, and wish your work hours to count toward your scholarship requirement, you need to do the clearance on the Student tab on TruView > My Accounts > Online Scholarship Renewal. Once you are cleared for work, you will need to enter your hours on the timecards for January and February – you can enter your own for March hours as well. If you can’t enter the hours for some reason, please let me know. Either I or the department secretary could enter the hours for you.

If you do not want your work hours to count toward your scholarship requirement, you can be considered volunteer as many of the other lab monitors are. The volunteers do not need timecards as they don’t have to account for their scholarship hours.
