As part of you are new to our team and we equip one new printer, EPSON 7900, for the lab, I would like to provide a training session for all of print monitors in this Wednesday afternoon (Sept. 5th), say 5:30 p.m. The training will be lasting around 15 minutes. Please reserve the time and make sure to show up on time. If you are not available to join the training this Wednesday, you may join the 2nd session at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
The first print monitor of everyday is responsible to clean the nozzles.
If you are a new print monitor, please follow the three steps. After cleaning the nozzle,
you will get the window below.
- Launch the Epson Printer Utility from the Printer Monitor dock
- Clean the nozzle
- Print the nozzle check

when you print student works on Epson 4880.
